We provide detailed reports and are always available to answer any questions you may have.

We understand that buying a home is a significant investment. We offer a consultation walkthrough where one of our inspectors, will walk through the home and look for any major problems that may arise in the near future. This will give you the confidence of placing an offer on a home without needing to have an Inspection as a condition. This Option is cheaper and doesn't come with any inspection report.
